If you would like to invest in art and buy direct from the artist and buy original works of art, then please contact me for information on how to make a purchase by mail order. I provide a quality art service to my customers and guarantee a professional buying experience.
I have a number of original paintings and prints available for sale, and new paintings continue to be added on a monthly basis which I am happy to sell direct to the public. Some of my paintings and prints are currently located at art galleries - in which case, please contact the relevant gallery and they will be happy to provide you with further information about the painting and process your order for you. However, if there is a painting or print that you would like to buy which isn't currently available at a gallery, then I can personally receive your order and mail the painting or print directly to you. Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any enquiries about a particular painting or print.
Buying a painting or print couldn't be simpler. Just follow the steps below:
International Orders
Please note: at the moment, I only sell my original paintings in the UK and do not accept orders from overseas. I can only accept orders from outside the UK for the purchase of loose prints. Payment for prints must be made by International Money Order, in British Pounds Sterling (made payable to Mark Woollacott). Please email me first before buying a money order and I will let you know exactly how much a particular print will cost, including current shipping costs to your country.

Looking after your print
If buying a loose print without a mount or protective wrapping, it is advisable to keep the print stored safely in the postal tube or delivery packaging which it arrived in, until you take it to your local framer in order to have it professionally unrolled, secured flat onto a supportive backing (known as dry mounting), mounted, framed and protected by either standard glass, conservation glass or non-reflective glass. This is to protect the print from dust or from being accidentally creased or marked. A print should never be displayed without glass protection. Obvious precautions to take when storing or displaying your print are: do not store or display the print where it can be subjected to extremes of temperature or high humidity; do not place the print near a source of heat (such as a radiator) or very close to a powerful light source for a long time, do not store the print in a loft where it can be subjected to cold temperatures during the winter and hot temperatures during the summer, and do not display the print outside, where it can be exposed to the weather - the print was created specifically for interior display only.
Please note: I do not offer a picture framing service and cannot provide a frame for any print you order from me. When choosing a frame, it is far preferable to visit your local framer, who can help you to select the right type of mount, glass and frame for your print.
Colour matching of images on this website - Where possible, I have endeavoured to reproduce the images of my paintings and prints as faithfully as possible on my website and match their colouration with the colours of the original painting. However, because of differences in computer technology (computer screen contrast, brightness and colour settings etc.) this may affect the colouration of the image slightly when viewed on your computer, tablet or mobile phone screen.
