Please note: I do not sell my paintings through this website. My paintings can only be viewed and purchased at exhibitions or at picture-framing shops and art galleries: see Exhibitions page for current information. Some of my smaller paintings (which are 10 x 8 inches or 10 x 14 inches in size) I am prepared to mail to customers (UK customers only); but paintings larger than these sizes must be viewed and collected by the customer in person. Please email me if you have any enquiries about a particular painting.
All of the paintings currently listed on this page are original works. Prints or cards of my artwork are not available. In regard to ownership of copyright and current copyright law: the copyright in all paintings (i.e. all works created by Mark Woollacott) remain with the artist - even after a painting has been sold or commissioned. Buying the physical painting does not automatically give someone the ownership to the copyright in the painting or the right to create reproductions of it. Copyright in a work can only be transferred legally in writing by the artist (the first owner of copyright).
