Before me sits the lady who has seen the cloth of angels,
Her eyes perceive, like the Oracle, and behold the future moments;
Which have yet to be written, yet to be acted on Earth's corporeal stage,
And yet to be fashioned into living experience, tangible and profound.
Two cards are picked from her hand, this is my choice alone,
The symbols and pictures, so arcane, portray a supposed relationship:
He, the Magician: one foot on earth, a hand pointing aloft,
She, the Star: like Aphrodite - the ultimate in love.
The two seek the spiritual as they nourish their souls,
And love becomes the foundation that builds and builds;
Becoming as deep as the well, as full as the lake
As warm as the fire that glows in the patient hearth.
