What is Inspired Writing?
I still remember the day it happened — Wednesday, 24th January 2018 — because it was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I was at my desk, as I had been countless times before, when suddenly the words began to arrive in a way that felt entirely new to me. They didn't come with the usual pauses, revisions or searching for the right phrasing. Instead, it felt as though they were already complete, already formed, and my only role was to let them pass through my hands as I typed the words on the computer screen in front of me. It was as if I were taking down dictation, though there was no external voice to hear — only a quiet, seamless stream of thoughts entering my awareness (like an inner mystical locution), distinctly different from my usual way of thinking or writing.
For those few brief moments, it felt as though I was being guided by some inner teacher, one whose language was tender and wise. There was no effort on my part, no need to construct sentences; the words were simply there, waiting to be written. I could not claim them as my own creation, nor did they feel like the product of my conscious mind. They were, quite simply, given — like a gift I didn't expect to receive, yet immediately recognize as precious.
Since that day, moments of inspired writing have appeared here and there, sometimes unexpectedly. Mostly, I write the words down by hand on a piece of paper, then type it at a later time on my computer. These passages of writing first featured in the chapters of my book A Beautiful Reality. I regard them with a deep sense of gratitude, not because they make the work special, but because they remind me that there are ways of knowing, ways of speaking, that arise from a place far beyond the thinking mind. To me, they are a blessing — gentle reminders that sometimes our task is not to try harder, but to become still enough for the words to arrive.
I write down the words naturally, with complete focus and attention, writing all throughout in my own handwriting as the words flow gently into my awareness. The experience is never rushed, but relaxed, at a steady pace which is comfortable for me; and I can pause and break off at any point if I choose to and resume again where I left off — I am always in full control.

How The Book Came to Be
On the evening of Sunday, 2nd December 2018, at around 10:45 p.m., while I was editing Chapter Eleven — The Dream of the Universe — from my book A Beautiful Reality, an idea came to me. I felt inspired to gather together all the passages that began with the words 'love would say,' those pieces of inspired writing woven throughout the larger work, and create a smaller, more focused book. This would be for readers who might wish to experience just that particular stream of words. The book, I knew immediately, would be called Love Would Say.
Months later, on Wednesday, 22nd May 2019, I shared this idea with two friends, one morning, while visiting them at their home. Over tea and simple conversation, I explained how I imagined the book. One of them suggested, with a certain gentle wisdom, that I publish Love Would Say first, before releasing A Beautiful Reality. He thought it might spark interest, a doorway through which readers could discover the larger work.
Later, I read printed drafts of Love Would Say to one of them. We took a copy to a nearby Beach. That day, the sun was shining, the air was still, and the only sounds were the soft lapping of the tide and the distant calls of passing birds. Before I read to her, we wandered the shore in calm companionship, gathering fragments of shell, rounded pieces of coloured sea-worn glass, and pottery she would later hope to turn into works of art.
After a time, we sat together on the sand. The peace of that place settled into us. And there, as I began to read to her one of the chapters, something sacred touched the moment. As I did so, I was graced with an inner vision. For a few fleeting moments, I perceived inwardly, through my spiritual sight, Our Gracious Mary Magdalene seated on a rock before me, about two feet away, as though she had come to join us in listening. She wore a simple cream-white dress, delicately patterned with fine cross-stitch. It was but a brief vision, yet deeply moving — a glimpse of her presence with us in spirit. The vision was unmistakable: she was with us, listening, blessing our quiet companionship.
I told my friend what I had seen and continued reading. Though she herself did not perceive Mary in that moment, she trusted me fully. She has always been honest, open-hearted, and aware of my spiritual perception (known as true vision), which had been unfolding gradually, making me more receptive to divine impressions.
When I had finished reading, and we were about to leave, I heard Mary's voice within me — warm, gentle, and deeply caring. She said: 'I give my blessings to you both.' I repeated her words to my friend, who was touched and replied aloud: 'My blessings to you, as well.' With hearts quieted and uplifted, we left the sunlit beach.
The Cover Design
Designing the covers for my books is something I truly enjoy. I love the process of shaping each title visually — choosing fonts and typefaces, finding the right colour scheme, and bringing together all the little details into a single, cohesive design. Often, I begin by purchasing a licensed photographic image for the background, and from there I build outward, layering in the title, arranging the blurb, and balancing the elements until it feels complete. It's a quiet but rewarding part of the creative journey, one that allows me to connect with the book in a different, visual way.
When designing the cover for Love Would Say, I chose an image of a woman who, in my view, appeared as if she was expressing freedom, a joyful sense of liberation, while standing in a field. I felt this image suited the content of the book and could represent someone who was experiencing divine bliss — at least, that was how I perceived it. In some ways, the female figure in the image had a slight resemblance to Our Gracious Lady Mary Magdalene (i.e. how she often appeared to me in visions: the graceful looks of a woman in her early thirties, long straight hair, a light-coloured dress); and that was another reason for choosing this image. It encapsulated a sense of tranquillity and joy, perfectly mirroring the loving, peaceful words that flowed timelessly within the cover's elegant bindings.
Publishing Love Would Say
On Tuesday, 8th October 2019, I signed in to the Kindle Direct Publishing platform, uploaded the completed manuscript file of Love Would Say, and submitted it for publication. By the next day, the book had gone out into the world, ready to find its way to those who might be touched by its voice.
This book is only available in English. It is not yet available in other languages. All publishing, translation, recording, broadcasting, and all other rights, including copyright, belong to the author.
